Watermans strictly follow all Trading standards rules, as we cant resell toiletry cosmetic such as shampoo, conditioners., serums etc that have been returned opened.. You may return to our warehouse any unopened, sealed and unused Products which you have ordered through this website, within 14 days of delivery. We will refund you in full for the price you paid for the Products but you will be liable for any applicable delivery and return charges.
If you returned the Products to us because they were faulty or mis-described, we will refund the price of a defective Product in full and, any applicable reasonable delivery charges you incur in returning the item to us.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
