AFFILIATE PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This agreement ("Agreement") sets forth the terms and conditions of participation in the Affiliate Program ("Program") operated by Waterman Corporate Enterprises Ltd, herein referred to as "Watermans" or "Company".
1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By participating in the Program, the Affiliate ("you") accept all the terms and conditions set forth herein. Watermans reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time without prior notice.
2. Affiliate Obligations
As an Affiliate, you agree to actively promote Watermans' products and services, and to comply with all the terms of this Agreement.
3. Restrictions on Promotion
3.1 You are expressly prohibited from promoting Watermans' products and services via Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads or any other paid ads and coupon sites. This includes the usage of any tracking or discount codes associated with the Program on these platforms.
3.2 Any attempt to violate this policy will result in immediate termination of this Agreement and the forfeiture of any earned commissions. You acknowledge and agree that in such an event, Watermans may remove and withhold any commission from your account without warning.
4. Commission and Payment
4.1 Commissions will be paid on a monthly basis. The exact payment schedule will be determined by Watermans.
4.2 Watermans reserves the right to review all commissions for possible fraud or violation of this Agreement. Any violation may result in the withholding of commissions and the termination of this Agreement.
5. Termination
5.1 Watermans reserves the right to terminate this Agreement at any time, for any reason. In the event of termination, you agree to immediately cease all promotion of Watermans' products and services, and to remove all links and promotional materials from your site(s).
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Watermans from any claims, damages, lawsuits, actions, or other costs (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Program, your violation of this Agreement, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
7. Governing Law
This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom.
By participating in the Program, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement and agree to all its terms and conditions.
