We hope that you love Watermans products that have been sent to you. However, in the unlikely event that the goods you receive are damaged or faulty in any way, or if they are not what you originally ordered, we will be happy to exchange the items or offer you a refund.
Strictly no refunds or exchanges are offered on any non-faulty items, due to hygiene and health and safety reasons as set out here on the Trading Standards Institute Business Companion website on Distance Selling. READ HERE.
We offer exchanges within 10 days of purchase if you have received an incorrect or damaged product. We will not issue refunds for any claims of undelivered items if the claim is made after 45 days of payment. Please let us know by visiting our Contact Us page and sending us a message. To ensure prompt resolution, please provide your order number and details of any issues.
Exchanges are usually processed within 7 business days. Please allow up to 3 weeks for your exchange items to be delivered back to your shipping address.
Refunds are usually processed within 7 business days. Please allow up to 3 weeks for your refund to reach your bank account.
If you require a refund because the product(s) is not what you ordered or is otherwise damaged, we will refund you the price paid for the goods by you, including the standard delivery charge (we will not refund any additional cost paid for premium delivery).
Please Note: We will not provide a full refund if goods show signs of unreasonable use. In such circumstances, we will notify you that a reduced refund amount will be available or you can choose to arrange for such goods to be returned to you within 28 days of our notification.
