Royal Mail Important Information

Due to the Royal Mail strike action there will be some delays to your parcels on the days that the industrial action is taking place so we would advise that you  check the Royal Mail website when placing your order by clicking the link below. We are working with Royal Mail to ensure additional collections from our warehouse are made on the days that they return to normal operations to help minimise disruption. However it is important for customers to be aware that they may not receive a delivery on the days that the strike action is taking place and that processed orders will not be collected from us on those days .This will mean to that you will experience longer lead times for your deliveries , we are doing all we can to ensure speedy delivery and applying Tracked 24hr Postage to all orders during this time.

We apologise for the time deliveries are taking us, this is currently out of our control.  We have supported Royal Mail for many years, but due to these strikes we are seeking for alternative ways to get products to our customers as they are very unhappy blaming Watermans for the delays.
