Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how subscription purchases, pre-orders, and other purchase options work at Watermans, and how you can change or cancel them. We are committed to fair, transparent practices in line with guidance from the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA), the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA), and UK Trading Standards.

Subscriptions

Some products on watermanshair.com are offered as subscriptions. When you select a subscription, you agree to receive repeat deliveries at the frequency shown at checkout.

  • Subscription frequency, pricing, and billing schedule are clearly displayed before purchase.
  • Payments are taken automatically for each delivery unless you choose to pay in advance.
  • Some subscriptions may renew automatically at the end of their selected term.

Your Right to Cancel or Change

You are always in full control of your subscription.

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time directly from your online account using a clear cancel button.
  • No phone calls, emails, or approvals are required to cancel.
  • You can also pause, skip deliveries, or change delivery frequency at any time.
  • No cancellation fees or penalties apply.

Cancellation takes effect before the next scheduled payment, provided it is completed before the billing cut-off time shown in your account.

Auto-Renewals

Where a subscription renews automatically, this is clearly explained before checkout and confirmed in your order confirmation email.

  • You will not be charged for a renewal you have cancelled.
  • You can turn off auto-renewal at any time from your account.

Pre-Orders & Other Purchase Options

Some items may be offered as pre-orders or other special purchase options.

  • Estimated delivery dates are shown where applicable.
  • You may cancel a pre-order at any time before it is dispatched.
  • Once dispatched, standard returns and refund rights apply.

Orders Already Processed

If an order has already been processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. However, it may still be eligible for return in line with our Returns Policy and your statutory consumer rights.

Returns & Refunds

Cancelling a subscription stops future payments but does not affect your rights to return products or receive refunds for faulty or misdescribed goods.
